The refund will be based on the amount you actually paid after applying the coupon. Discount values are not refunded.

If you paid via EMI, the refund will be processed to your credit card/bank. Please contact your card issuer for EMI closure or adjustment.
Can I change my refund mode after placing the request?
No, refunds are processed to the original payment mode, it cannot be changed.
I returned multiple items. Why did I receive a partial refund?
Refunds are processed item-wise based on what has been returned and cleared by our QC team. You’ll receive separate refund notifications for each item.
Will I get a GST invoice along with the refund?
GST invoices are not automatically included with the refund.If you require a GST invoice for your order, please reach out to us and our team will assist you.
Can I ask for a refund if I received a gift item?
No. Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser’s account or payment mode.
I see “Refund Successful” but money isn’t in my account.
Banks may take up to 5-7 working days to reflect the credit. If not received after that, please raise a ticket.
What is QC and why is it needed for refunds?
QC (Quality Check) ensures the returned product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Refunds are only issued after it passes QC.
Will I be notified once the refund is processed?
Yes. You’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation when your refund is released.

Can I get the refund as store credit or wallet balance instead?
Currently, we only offer refunds to the original payment source. Store credit option isn’t available.
My product was returned, but I got a rejection message.
This means the product didn’t pass QC. It will be sent back to your address. No refund is issued for QC-rejected items.
Is the delivery fee also refunded?
No, shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
What if my refund is delayed?
If it's been more than 7 working days post pickup and you haven’t received the refund you may reach out to us on our registered email ID.
How will I get my refund?
Refunds are credited to the original payment method - credit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
When will I get my refund after return pickup?
Refunds are processed within 48 working after the product clears quality check.
I don’t have the original box anymore. Can I still return the item?
Returns without original packaging may be rejected during QC. Please ensure packaging is intact.
What if I’ve lost my invoice? Can I still return the product?
Yes, you just need to hand over the product (unused and with all tags intact)
Do you accept return requests for gift orders?
If you received a Metro product as a gift, the return can still be initiated using the order ID and registered mobile number/email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. The product should be unused and with all tags intact.
Can I raise a return request from outside India?
Currently, return pickups are only available within India. If you are outside India, please contact our support team for guidance.
Can I return an item purchased using a discount code or offer?
Yes, discounted items can be returned unless specifically marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.” However, the refund will only be for the amount paid after discount.
Can I schedule my return pickup for a specific date or time?
Currently, pickup are system-generated by our courier partners and cannot be manually scheduled. We recommend keeping the package ready and being available at the registered address.

My return request was rejected. What should I do now?
If your return was rejected due to quality check failure or incorrect packaging, we will not be able to process a refund . You may reach out to our support team for further clarification.

Yes, you will receive an SMS once your returned product is picked up by our courier partner.
Can I change the pickup address for my return?
If your pickup has not yet been scheduled, you can request to update the address by contacting our support team. Once the pickup is scheduled, address changes will not be possible.

Claims related to wrong, defective, or damaged products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted.
Can I get a refund in Metro Wallet or store credit instead of my original mode?
