• I returned multiple items. Why did I receive a partial refund?

  Refunds are processed item-wise based on what has been returned and cleared by our QC team. You’ll receive separate refund notifications for each item.

• My product was returned, but I got a rejection message.

  This means the product didn’t pass QC. It will be sent back to your address. No refund is issued for QC-rejected items.

• I don’t have the original box anymore. Can I still return the item?

  Returns without original packaging may be rejected during QC. Please ensure packaging is intact.

• Can I get a refund in Metro Wallet or store credit instead of my original mode?

  Currently, refunds are processed to the original payment mode. Store credit is not available.

• Can I get the refund as store credit or wallet balance instead?

  Currently, we only offer refunds to the original payment source. Store credit option isn’t available.
