• How will I know if my return is approved or rejected?

  You will be notified via email once the item is inspected. Returns that do not pass the quality check will be rejected and returned to you.

• What if the courier partner didn’t pick up my item?

  If the pickup attempt fails, a new attempt will be scheduled. Please ensure: • The item is packed and ready • Your phone is reachable • You're available at the pickup location If all attempts fail, the return request will be cancelled.

• Where will I receive my refund?

  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll ask you to provide your bank account details via a secure form.

• I paid via EMI. How will the refund work?

  If you paid via EMI, the refund will be processed to your credit card/bank. Please contact your card issuer for EMI closure or adjustment.

• Will I get a replacement or refund for wrong/damaged items?

  Yes. Once images are approved, a return pickup will be arranged and a refund will be initiated.
