• Can I get a refund in Metro Wallet or store credit instead of my original mode?

  Currently, refunds are processed to the original payment mode. Store credit is not available.

• How will I get my refund?

  Refunds are credited to the original payment method - credit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

• Will I get a GST invoice along with the refund?

  GST invoices are not automatically included with the refund.If you require a GST invoice for your order, please reach out to us and our team will assist you.

• How long does it take to get a refund after return?
