  If it’s been more than 7–10 working days since your refund was processed, please: • Check with your bank/credit card provider • Contact us with your Order ID and refund reference number

• Will I be notified once the refund is processed?

  Yes. You’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation when your refund is released.

• I paid via EMI. How will the refund work?

  If you paid via EMI, the refund will be processed to your credit card/bank. Please contact your card issuer for EMI closure or adjustment.

• Will I get a GST invoice along with the refund?

  GST invoices are not automatically included with the refund.If you require a GST invoice for your order, please reach out to us and our team will assist you.

• How long does it take to get a refund after return?

  Once the item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You’ll be notified via SMS once the refund is processed.
