If you received a Metro product as a gift, the return can still be initiated using the order ID and registered mobile number/email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. The product should be unused and with all tags intact.
If it has been more than 7 working days since your return was picked up and you haven’t received a refund confirmation, please contact our support team with your order ID.
Refunds are processed item-wise based on what has been returned and cleared by our QC team. You’ll receive separate refund notifications for each item.
Once the item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You’ll be notified via SMS once the refund is processed.
