How do I initiate a return?
You can raise a return request within 15 days of delivery:
1. Log in to your Metro Shoes account
3. Select the item and click “Return”
5. Submit your request & you’ll get confirmation via SMS/email

Do you accept return requests for gift orders?
If you received a Metro product as a gift, the return can still be initiated using the order ID and registered mobile number/email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. The product should be unused and with all tags intact.
Will I get a replacement or refund for wrong/damaged items?
Yes. Once images are approved, a return pickup will be arranged and a refund will be initiated.
