Hi Team,
Recently I purchased shoes from Metro in September. Within a month the sole started to open and also the heels started getting to show the marks and I was getting pain. I gave it to get them fixed and only the sole was patched after 20 days of service.
While the other problem with the heel-sole was not even considered.
Is this how the brand provides the quality. I would have rather gone for another trustworthy brand. This was my first try in metro and I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the service.
The shoe is now at the nearest metro shoe shop. I want a refund for my shoe since I have paid almost 2K for them.
Please work on this with priority.
